Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihoods Mission (UPSRLM) has started the process of placing professionally qualified and competent staff at its State, District and Block Programme Management Units. It has engaged SIDS Pvt. Ltd to deploy key human resources at Senior Management Level for UPSRLM. The persons would be employed by SIDS and would be seconded to work with and report to appropriate leadership in UPSRLM organizational structure.

Detail of Vacancies :-
1- Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Qualification- Post Graduate Degree in Rural Development/ Social Work/ Agriculture & Allied/ Management/ Business Administration and allied disciplines/ Development Studies from recognized universities OR Post Graduate Diploma in the above disciplines from recognized universities with at least 55% marks or equivalent grades.
Should have at least 12 to 15 years of relevant post qualification work experience.
Salary- Rs.100,000 pm.
2- State Thematic Expert- Social Inclusion
Qualification- Post Graduate Degree in Rural Development/ Social Work/ Agriculture & Allied/ Management/ Business Administration and allied disciplines/ Development Studies from recognized universities OR Post Graduate Diploma in the above disciplines from recognized universities with at least 55% marks or equivalent grades. and,
Should have at least 7 to 10 years Experience of relevant field.
Salary- Rs 60,000 to Rs 70,000 pm.
3- State Thematic Expert- Training & Capacity Building
Qualification- Post Graduate Degree in Rural Development/ Social Work/ Agriculture & Allied/ Management/ Business Administration and allied disciplines/ Development Studies from recognized universities OR Post Graduate Diploma in the above disciplines from recognized universities with at least 55% marks or equivalent grades. and,
Should have at least 7 to 10 years of relevant post qualification work experience.
Salary- Rs 60,000 to Rs 70,000 pm.
4- Project Manager- MIS
Qualification- Post Graduate degree in Computer Sciences (MSc./MCA/M. Tech) OR MBA Rural Development OR MSc. Statistics with DOEACC ‘O’ Level certification OR a Post Graduate Diploma in above disciplines from recognized university/ Institute with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade. and,
Should have at least 5 to 7 years of relevant post qualification work experience.
Salary- Rs 50,000 to Rs 60,000 pm.
