The Collector, Ahmedabad (“The Authority”) hereby invites bids in sealed envelopes from reputed and experienced agencies for supply of outsourced personnel (Office Assistants/Peons). The Technical and Price Bids have to be submitted in separate sealed envelopes. Tender Document along with all terms, conditions and formats of bids may be downloaded from website http://collectorahmedabad.gujarat.gov.in/ or purchased personally from above office on payment of
Rs. 5,000/- through Demand Draft in favour of Collector Ahmedabad. The Authority retains the right to cancel the tender at any stage without giving any reasons and the bidder shall remain bound by the orders and regulations issued by the Authority in this regard from time to time. Interested parties may visit the Authority’s office to familiarise itself with the requirements of the office and work conditions. Sealed and completed sealed bids should be submitted so as to reach the Authority at above address by 21/03/2014 (1500 hours).
