Govt Of Kerala TET Test 2014 Eligibility Criteria Exam Starts from Sep 27

Kerala Government teachers eligibility test (KTET) issued order Notification.

The examination will be held from September 27, and the last date for applying is August 20.

Teacher eligibility examination eligibility ensure that essential qualifications and capacity at all levels to meet the challenges of teaching teachers as individuals is essential for recruiting.

Kerala teachers eligibility test to qualify by the Department of general education, Government of Kerala, in any of the approved schools as a teacher to be eligible for appointment a person.

Pareeksha Bhavan, Kerala, this test by State Council of educational research and training (SCERT) published by Kerala shall be conducted pursuant to the guidelines.

K-TET to eligibility criteria:


There will be four categories for trial:

Lower elementary classrooms for teachers (Division I):

Higher secondary/senior secondary (or at least 45 per cent trained teachers certificate marks and two years (TTC) or two-year diploma in primary education with equal). Higher secondary/senior secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50 per cent of the points and 4-year-old bachelor elementary education (B.El.Ed.) or a two-year diploma in education (special education).

Teacher higher primary classes (class II) to:

Minimum 45 percentage points and 2 years in elementary education/trained teacher certificate (TTC) or Bachelor of education (B.Ed), one year diploma in B.Com B.Sc./A/B with a..

Higher secondary/senior secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50 per cent of the points and 4 years elementary education or B. A/B.Sc./B.Ed graduate

Teacher for high school classes (third category):

At least 45% marks and related topics in a B.Ed degree of BA/B.Sc/B.Com

Mathematics, physics, chemistry, botany and Zoology, for those who have the Ed theme with MSc. not sponsored by NCERT is one of the regional institutions of education by 50 per cent marks in respect of enforcement will be eligible for.

Language teacher higher primary classes (category IV) up to:


People who have Hindi, Sanskrit, Arabic language teachers & Urdu (up to higher qualifications for primary posts has acquired

Candidates who have obtained a certificate/diploma/degree in any subject, and teaching universities are approved by NCTE//Board
